FAQ

Common questions before you ride

Do I need a license?
No. E-bikes are classed as bicycles, so no license or license plate is needed. Riders must be 14 or older.
Will the bike be too big or too small?
The RC-1 comes in sizes S and L: S if you're under 175 cm, L if you're above. Just tell us your height when booking.
How far can one battery go?
We recommend staying within 50–60 km per day. For longer routes or a lot of mountain road, you can rent an extra battery.
How fast can it go?
Motor assist stops at 25 km/h, the legal limit for e-bikes. Above that, you pedal under your own power, as on a regular bicycle.
Can I change the time at short notice?
Please contact us on LINE to arrange a time.
Is there a physical store?
Not at the moment. All booking is online, and pick-up and return are at Taipei Expo Park, at the time we both agree on.
