How we handle your data

This website has no member accounts. You only enter personal data if you use the web booking form.

Book

The name, phone number, email, height and rental dates you give us through LINE or the web form are used only to arrange bikes, contact you about pickup and return, and handle insurance. They are not shared with unrelated third parties.

ID documents at pick-up

We check your ID document and have you sign a rental contract at pick-up, as required for rental liability and insurance reporting.

External services

Videos on the Group Rides page load Facebook only after you click play; from then on, Facebook handles things under its own policy.
